How long will it take to complete my website?
Our standard timeline is 3-6 weeks to complete a website but this depends on the project since the size and pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback, how soon the content is provided – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.
Do I have to be in Chicago to work with you?
No! We work with clients all over the world and can communicate by email, scheduled calls and Zoom meetings.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage the content on their own website. You will have full access to the backend of your new WordPress website upon migration to make simple text updates, photograph changes, new products and pricing can easily be changed on your own. However, we do recommend a professional (developer) to complete more complex changes and maintenance such as plugin updates, design or structure changes, and complex functionality requirements. We currently provide hourly tutorials upon completion of your website at $40 per hour, if you are interested in learning how to navigate through the backend to make minor updates independently. In the future we will offer free videos on youtube.
What is the difference in your various website packages?
Essentially it’s the different levels of customization within each website with the most basic package having a customized template design and the most advanced being completely custom with design mockups, animations and more. The most advanced doesn’t mean the best for your business. If you need help figuring out which package is best for you then feel free to contact us here.
Will you maintain our website for us?
We can help maintain your website, or you can do so yourself with the more minor changes. The choice is 100% up to you. We provide on-going support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory and you will not be charged a monthly fee. You can contact us as you require updates to your website and we will provide an hourly quote based on your requests.
Do you provide website hosting and domain?
Yes and No, We do offer hosting on our Hostinger cloud servers for an additional annual fee for those unable to or uninterested managing hosting. Otherwise you will be responsible for website hosting and domain. This will ensure that you will have full access to your website upon migration. We can recommend hosting packages to you (SiteGround, Godaddy and Hostinger) and we will complete the migration to your new hosting is included in our website design package pricing.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website is responsive on all modern devices and browsers.
How much input do I have in the website design process?
A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this website design and development process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality. We also request you to provide sample websites before we begin your project. Remember this is your website and we need your help and direction as to your final vision. Who writes the text/content for the website?
We ask that you provide all of the text content for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s always best if it comes from you. There’s a huge difference in terms of quality and service, between working with a $50 logo designer, and a professional design agency.
Designing with or without outside support is an iterative and multi-step process that involves consultations, research, brainstorming, sketches, and several design concepts, revisions and much more.
That’s why custom logo packages can wildly range not only in price—from relatively free to hundreds or thousands of dollars—but the amount of time and effort needed to get the job done.
What is the client involvement in the design process?
Each logo design project is a collaborative process between CLIK Creatives and the client. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. Do I get an AI/Vector file of my logo once finished?
Yes, you will receive the finalized AI/Vector file, jpeg, and png of your new logo. With these files, your new logo can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including but not limited to business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochure design, websites, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.
What happens if I require more than the set amount of revisions?
You may have a team or partner which can sometimes lead to more than one vision. At times, you may have ideas that come to mind upon your discussions that come up mid-process. In that case, big changes may occur to the designs we’ve achieved thus far. If you require additional changes or concepts to create beyond the set amount of revisions – we charge an hourly rate of $60 per hour. This will be presented to you upon a discussion of the additional changes/designs requested for approval prior to proceeding those extra hours.
How long does a design take to complete?
Ultimately, the timeline for completion depends on the feedback and communication. Our design process is both collaborative and creative which does take time but that’s only because your vision is important to us and achieving what you will be proud of as your new design. That being said, our average logo design takes between 1-2 weeks from start to finish.
Will I own my design once it’s done?
Yes, you will own your finalized logo. However, we do not offer any patent/trademark registration – this is a separate process that is optional on your end.

You will receive a digital file typically in mp4 format (unless requested otherwise). At CLIK Creatives, we take pride in our work so we also have a dedicated accounts area on our website for clients to download any digital orders at their convenience.
How much does a video cost?
Determining a final budget for your video depends on a number of variables including complexity of the creative approach, turnaround time, and visual effect factors. Worth noting – price shopping for video is not the same as buying an automobile or appliance.
Every producer / production company uses different pricing structures and implements various levels of personnel and equipment so ‘video shopping’ truly can be a ‘you get what you pay for’ endeavor. We’ve worked on projects from $500 to $5,000 and everything in between.
Is there a cost per minute to edit?
While some production companies will employ this measure, we do not quote video prices ‘per finished minute’. Simply because, there are too many variables involved in a video to do this responsibly. We have produced 2 minute videos for $2300, and delivered 8-minute videos for $700. The only common denominator is ‘production value’, or how good the video looks and works. We pride ourselves in providing our clients tremendous production value for the dollar, whatever the budget.

Well, the short answer is, not really but if you want to, you can. In the past posting frequently was attributed to having a higher ranking and views, but now what you say is more important than how often you say it.
This puts the emphasis on quality and it also raises the point that now you’re really only as good as your last post so posting frequently means nothing if all you’re doing is posting mediocre or low-quality stuff and driving people away from your site or social media.
